Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of edith evelyn millicent congrene, late of 11 sutton way west busselton western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 21 may 2023, at busselton hospital mill road west busselton western australia, aforesaid are required by bryanne elizabeth congrene, rosalynd mary congrene and steven phan, the executors, c/o- coombs legal of level 2 building c 355 scarborough beach road osborne park western australia 6017, to send particulars of their claims to the executors by 23 may 2025 after which date the executors may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which the executors then has notice. after such time the executors shall not, as respects the property so administered or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the executors has not had notice at the time of the administration or distribution.
