Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 6 august 2020, are required by the personal representative thi thu trang le c/- lynn & brown lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to her by the 15 january 2021, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
