Notice Text

This notice, the Liquor Control (Section 31) Notice (No. 3) 2018, concerns extended trading permits for packaged liquor sales. It applies to hotel and liquor store licenses in the metropolitan area and liquor store licenses outside the metropolitan area (excluding those in Schedule 1). The permits authorize licensees to sell packaged liquor during specific hours on 16, 23, and 30 December 2018, and 23 September 2018 for non-metropolitan areas.
