Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the above named deceased who died on 14 november 2024 are required by the personal representative ethan thomas baker to send particulars of their claims to mount barker legal, [contact details redacted] month following the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then had notice.
