Creditors and other persons having claims (pursuant to section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA)) in respect of the estate of the deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the administrator, Tenielle Cahill, 21 Tollington Park Road, Kelmscott, Western Australia 6111, within 30 days of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then have notice.
