Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Regulations 2022 made by the Governor in Executive Council. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulation 10 — on 1 February 2024; Part 4 — on 1 February 2023; the rest of the regulations — on 1 August 2022.
