I, rita saffioti mla, minister for transport, acting pursuant to section 7a of the shipping and pilotage act 1967 hereby appoint captain mark j gooderham as deputy harbour master of the following ports— port of barrow island, port of cape preston, port of carnarvon, port of onslow, port of perth, port of port walcott, port of varanus island, port of yampi sound. this instrument takes effect on the date that it is signed.
