Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 may 2018, are required by the nominated executor, francesco di silvio care of p.a. martino barrister & solicitor, po box 564, west perth wa 6872 to send particulars of their claim by monday 27 august 2018, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
