Varies and extends the exemption of land originally declared on 3 February 2015 and published in the Government Gazette dated 13 February 2015 for that area described hereunder exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years expiring on 1 February 2027.
