Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the trustee, Jeremy Isidro O’Hara, care of Hamilton Locke, Level 39, 152-[contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claims to the trustee by 16 April 2026, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
