Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13th january 2021 are required by the trustee gregory william fleay of fleay gardiner & associates, po box 6039 south bunbury wa 6231 to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from today, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
