Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of William Ross Smith, late of 28 Ewing Street, Collie, wa, who died on 10 october 2017, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of william ross smith deceased, care of young & young, 5 spencer street, bunbury by the 2nd day of august 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
