Notice Text

Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 November 2016 at 1 Bunnawarra Station, Yalgoo, Western Australia, are required by the Executors of the deceased’s Estate to send particulars of their claims to the Executors’ lawyers, Michael Paterson & Associates of Suite 4, [contact details redacted] 6017, by 31 January 2019, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the Executors then have notice.
