The following persons have been appointed as Fire Weather Officer for the Shire of Esperance in accordance with the Bush Fires Act 1954. All previous appointments of Fire Weather Officers for the Shire of Esperance are hereby cancelled.

Amends the Bush Fires (Restricted Burning Times) Notice 2012 by replacing the restricted burning times for the Shire of Jerramungup.
Approves the Toodyay Morangup SES Unit as a State Emergency Service Unit.
Cancels the approval of the Toodyay SES Unit.
Declares a total fire ban for the local government districts of Derby-West Kimberley and Halls Creek on 16 September 2026.
