Made under the Sentencing Legislation Amendment (Persons Linked to Terrorism) Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Sentencing Legislation Amendment (Persons Linked to Terrorism) Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2022. The Sentencing Legislation Amendment (Persons Linked to Terrorism) Act 2022, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 11 November 2022.
