I hereby declare in accordance with the provisions of sections 96a and 97 of the Mining Act 1978 that the undermentioned mining tenements are forfeited for failure to comply with statutory requirements being failure to lodge the mineral exploration report. This notice comes into operation at 12:00 midday on the day of publication.
