Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 31 july 2021, are required by the administrator, angelica lynne grosse of care of costantino & co lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to her by 1 may 2023 after which date the administrator may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
