This local law, made under the Local Government Act 1995, governs activities in thoroughfares and public places, including general prohibitions, permit requirements for certain activities, vehicle crossings, verge treatments, property numbering, advertising signs, and the management of obstructing animals, vehicles, and shopping trolleys. It also includes provisions for roadside conservation.
