Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late Mary Theresa Clancy, deceased, who died on 28 May 2024, are required by the executor, Robert John McKenna c/- [contact details redacted] 6210, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
