Creditors and other person having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4th May 2017 are required by the Executors, Noel Edward Harding and Simon McPhee, of Harding & Thornberry, po box 175 bayswater wa 6053 to send full particulars of such claims to the address stated herein within 30 days of the date of this notice after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only of the claims of which they have notice.
