Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 february 2019, are required by the executor of the deceased, rex poletti of [contact details redacted] 6168 to send particulars of their claims within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which notice has been given.
