Notice is hereby given that the council, at its ordinary meeting held on the 27th september 2017, resolved to advertise amendments to the city’s municipal heritage inventory and heritage list for the purpose of public consultation, in accordance with clause 45(4) of the heritage act of western australia 1990. The amended municipal heritage inventory and heritage list may be inspected on the city’s website and at the council offices, civic boulevard, rockingham during the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, monday to friday. Copies of the policy may be obtained by calling the council’s planning services on 9528 0333. Written submissions should be directed to the chief executive officer, city of rockingham and be received no later than the 6th november 2017. Please note that any written submission received in response to this invitation may be placed on the public record and be available for public inspection.
