City of Swan Meeting Procedures Local Law 2019 made under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. The purpose of this local law is to provide for the proper conduct of Council meetings, Committee meetings, agenda forums and briefing sessions. This local law commences 14 days after it is published in the Government Gazette.
