In the matter of the estate of James Alexander Prendiville late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, Medical Practitioner, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 28 November 2020 are required by the Executor Michael Garrett Prendiville to send particulars of their claims to him care of Hewett and Lovitt, [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of this notice. After this date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
