In the matter of the estate of James Alexander Prendiville late of 4 Wright Avenue, Swanbourne, in the State of Western Australia, Medical Practitioner, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 28 November 2020 are required by the Executor Michael Garrett Prendiville to send particulars of their claims to him care of Hewett and Lovitt, po box 1178, West Perth wa 6872 within one (1) month of the date of this notice. After this date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
