This determination, issued in accordance with the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975, sets the remuneration for Clerks and Deputy Clerks of the Parliament, officers of the Public Service holding offices in the Special Division, and persons holding prescribed offices. The determination consolidates variations arising from appointments, vacancies, and executive restructures since the Tribunal’s determination issued on 2 July 2019. Due to restrictions in section 10D of the Act, no increase in remuneration is provided.
