Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of brigida sageder (late) of unit 439, 831 mandurah road, tuart lakes baldivis wa 6171 who died on 15th january 2020 are required by me, rosita johnston (executor), to send particulars of their claims, addressed to me, executor of the estate of brigida sageder deceased, of 2a weaver court kardinya wa 6163, by the date 30th march 2021 after which date, i the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regards only to the claims of which, i the executor then have notice.
