Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates), in respect of the estate of barbara isabelle mugford, late of 31 clyo way, kallaroo, who died on 4 august 2014, are required by the executor, mark mckenzie shaw, to send to templar legal of po box 8243, subiaco east wa 6008, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
