Issued under the Liquor Control Act 1988 section 31(4) and (7) by the Director of Liquor Licensing for the purpose of varying the authorisation conferred by certain licences by the issue of extended trading permits under section 60(4)(g) of that Act. This notice applies to hotel and liquor store licences in the metropolitan area and liquor store licences outside the metropolitan area (excluding those in Schedule 1), authorising the sale of packaged liquor on specified extended trading days in December 2017 and January 2018.
