In the estate of kathleen waters (also known as kathleen elizabeth waters) late of unit 4, [contact details redacted] state of new south wales, deceased. Would michael david waters born in or about 1976, the son of david charles waters and half sibling of the deceased, or any children or grandchildren of michael david waters, and every such person and every person claiming through any such person, including creditors and other claimants (to which section 63 and section 66 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) any of whom may have an interest in the estate of the deceased who died 27 march 2020, send in their claims to robson legal care of [contact details redacted]4, within 2 months from the publication of this notice. After that time, the legal representative of the deceased’s estate intends to distribute the property in the estate having regard only to the claims of which the legal representative had notice at the time of distribution.
