Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 august 2017, are required by the executor mwarna maree bull of care of 8 carbridge way, duncraig, western australia to send particulars of their claims to them by no later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims on hand.
