Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 31 july 2024 are required by the executor shaun joseph trevena of care of sommerville legal, po box 1063, bunbury wa 6231 to send particulars of their claim to him by no later than 1 month from publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the estate assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
