You were given notice dated 10 June 2024 that the following goods, 5 modular buildings and their contents situated at 77-81 Manning Road, Bentley, Western Australia were ready for redelivery. Unless not more than 1 month after the date of the giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery, Wa Nurseries Pty Ltd intends making an application to the Court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the Act.
