Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 25 may 2014 are required by the executors, care of mcfarlane lawyers, po box 1079, west perth wa 6872 to send particulars of their claim to them by 7 july 2024 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
