It is hereby notified that the Minister for Lands has granted approval to advertise for public comment the draft bentley redevelopment scheme (the draft scheme). The draft scheme has been prepared in accordance with part 5 of the metropolitan redevelopment authority act 2011. The draft scheme outlines the vision and intent for the bentley redevelopment area, provisions for the development and use of land within the scheme area and enables the adoption of statutory planning documents including the future development policies and design guidelines.
