Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 September 2024, are required by the executor, faye garbutt graceway care of level 14, 251 adelaide terrace, perth, western australia to send particulars of their claims to her at the address herein within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
