I hereby declare in accordance with the provisions of section 99 of the Mining Act 1978 that the undermentioned exploration licences are forfeited for breach of covenant, being failure to comply with the prescribed expenditure conditions, with prior right of application for the subject land being granted to the applicant for forfeiture under section 100.
