On 14 November 2024 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice on Busselton Dunsborough Alliance Against Depression Inc. informing it that if it did not show cause the incorporation of the Association would be cancelled. The Association did not show cause. On 13 February 2025 the Commissioner gave notice in writing to the Association stating that the Commissioner proposed to make an order cancelling the incorporation of the Association. The Association did not apply to SAT for a review. Therefore, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the Association be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
