Amends the Statutory Corporations (Liability of Directors) Act 1996 by deleting the item relating to the Independent Market Operator in Schedule 1.

These regulations are the statutory corporations (liability of directors) (act amendment) regulations 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the statutory corporations (liability of directors) act 1996. In schedule 1 delete the item relating to the independent market operator.
