Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of herman lange late of baptistcare gracewood, [contact details redacted] on 12/08/2024, are required by the trustee, leonard bryson-haynes to send to solicitors for the trustees, templar legal pty ltd, [contact details redacted] 30 days of this notice. After such date, the trustee may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
