Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 September 2021 are required by the executor Anthony Palermo of 35 Birdwood Parade, Dalkeith, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims by 5 October 2022, after which the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
