Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 September 2021 are required by the executor Anthony Palermo of [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims by 5 October 2022, after which the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
