Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of Kevin Thomas Shannon late of 6a charnwood street, morley in the state of western australia who died on 5/6/2024, are required by the administrator, teori thomas shannon to send to solicitors for the administrator, templar legal pty ltd, p.o. box 8243, subiaco wa 6008, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then has notice.
