Cancels the incorporation of listed associations due to failure to show cause.

Notice Text
On 15 January 2024, the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice on the listed Associations informing them that if they did not show cause within 60 days, their incorporation would be cancelled. On 26 March 2024, the Commissioner gave notice that they proposed to make an order cancelling the incorporation after 28 days. As the Associations did not show cause or apply to the State Administrative Tribunal, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
