Creditors and others persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 2nd october 2022, are required by the trustee of the deceased, harry leslie vine of 21 swordgrass avenue, tarneit victoria 3029 to send particulars of their claims to the trustee within one (1) month of the date of the publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
