These regulations amend the Family Court Regulations 1998. The fee payable to the Marshal in relation to an action that is the same as an action listed in the Civil Judgments Enforcement Regulations 2005 Schedule 2 is the fee payable to the Sheriff under that Schedule in relation to the equivalent action.
