Order made under the Administration Act 1903 section 14A(2) by the minister. This order is the administration (intestacy legacy amounts) order 2023. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order—on the day after that day. For the purposes of section 14 of the act, the sums that apply for the specified items are as follows: item 2—$501 000; item 3(a) and (b)—$748 500; item 3(b)(i)—$60 000; item 6—$60 000.
