Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 january 2021, are required by the executors, sharon dorothy waideman of 170 mawson avenue, napier, in the state of western australia, timothy john keays of 11 cavendish green, college grove, in the state of western australia and andrew david keays of 384 egan street, kalgoorlie, in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from today, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
