Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased persons listed below are required to send particulars of their claims to the legal personal representatives of care of Kott Gunning Lawyers, Level 8, 140 St Georges Terrace, Perth by 11 January 2021, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. Lesley Ann Taylor, late of 12 Lotherton Way, Hocking, date of death 26 April 2020. Michael Wayne Taylor, late of 12 Lotherton Way, Hocking, date of death 28 April 2020. Malcolm Charles Cryer, late of MercyCare Rockingham, 1 Tanby Place, Cooloongup, date of death 31 July 2020. June Melba Goldman, late of 23C Brooks Street, Kalamunda, date of death 6 May 2020.
