In respect of the financial year 2023/24, the scheme will operate across the whole of Western Australia, and the rate at which contributions are to be paid under regulation 14 for the period beginning on 1 July 2023 and ending on 30 June 2024 is $0.20 per head of cattle or per carcass comprised in a chargeable sale. The contributions raised are likely to be applied to fund payments relating to each specified pest proportionally.
