Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 June 2017 at Royal Perth Hospital, Perth, Western Australia, are required by Thanh Cuong Le, who has been granted letters of administration for the estate, to send particulars of their claims to him at Corser & Corser, Level 4, Irwin Chambers, 16 Irwin Street, Perth WA 6000 within one (1) month of the date of publication, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
