Notice Text

Notice to all owners/occupiers of land in the Shire of Collie to comply with this notice and/or an approved Bush Fire Management Plan (BMP) by 1 December each year and maintained compliance until 31 May following for each year. Pursuant to section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, remove all flammable material and install unobstructed mineral earth fire breaks if required. Failure to comply may result in a $5000 fine.
